Warranty & returns
At Oriolus, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality audio products. We stand behind our products and offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 365 days from the date of original purchase. If you experience any issues with your Oriolus product, please contact us and we will cover the cost to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Please note that this limited warranty does not cover modified products or damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident, or the natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable use. The warranty goes into effect on the original date of purchase and applies only to the original owner.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
At Oriolus, we want customers to be completely satisfied with the purchase. If you have any concerns about an order you've already placed, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. We're here to help.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it unless you have accidentally double ordered the item(s). In such case if the items have been delivered, shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Errors and Omissions
At Oriolus Japan, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, in the event of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to refund your order before the goods are dispatched.
We also reserve all rights to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. While we do not offer compensation in such cases, we will promptly notify customers and reimburse them for the full cost of the order.
