Based on PW Audio’s proprietary research, enamel-coated wires were selected for their superior sonic performance compared to untreated wires. Through meticulous comparison of single-layer and multi-layer enamel coatings, the ideal structure for the Orpheus was determined—refining detail, clarity, and tonal stability.

・Individually Insulated Strands
Each strand within the twisted core is independently insulated, preventing crosstalk and interference. This ensures an expansive soundstage, accurate imaging, increased clarity, and rich detail preservation—delivering a truly immersive and precise listening experience.

・Seven-Core Construction with Independent Shielding
Seven individually insulated wire bundles form each core, which is then wrapped with multi-layer enamel and encased in an additional TRP insulating layer.
